Most people never need to pay. If the photo has a plain background, pick the “Don’t stitch colour” tool in the editor and tap the background, which is free.
Pick Project Pass when the background is busy (a sofa, a garden, a crowd) and you want it removed for you, or when you have several photos to turn into patterns in one go. It is US$4.90 for 30 days and then it simply ends.
Pick Pro if you design patterns over weeks and switch between a laptop and a tablet: every change is saved to the cloud on its own and appears on your other devices. The yearly price works out cheaper per month than paying monthly.

When Pro ends without a refund, your cloud projects become read-only for 30 days: you can still open and download them. We email you 7 days before they are deleted. Subscribe again within those 30 days and everything is back as it was. After a refund, cloud projects are deleted at once, so download them first; copies in your browser are not touched.

Yes, forever. Downloaded PDFs, images and project files are ordinary files on your device and never stop working.
They stay readable for 30 days, so you can download them, and we email you 7 days before they are deleted. Subscribing again within 30 days brings back full sync. After a refund they are deleted straight away.
After checkout you come back to this site and the features unlock in that browser on their own. The license key also arrives by email: if the page does not unlock, or you use another browser, paste the key under “Enter license key” and press Activate.
The key was emailed to you from support@crossstitchpatternmaker.org right after payment, with a subject like “Your Cross Stitch Pattern Maker Project Pass license key”. Search your inbox and spam folder for it. Still cannot find it? Write to support@crossstitchpatternmaker.org from the email address you paid with and we will send it again within 2 business days. If you paid with USDT and gave no email, write to us with the transaction hash.

Waffo, our merchant of record, for card payments. They handle the checkout, card details, sales tax or VAT and receipts; when PayPal is offered at checkout, PayPal processes that payment. We never see your card details.
